Overview :
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in Video Editing and Motion Graphics to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing visually captivating graphics, producing engaging videos, and creating dynamic motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a passion for visual storytelling, and an eye for detail, blending creativity with technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Graphic Design :
• Develop visually appealing designs for digital media, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, websites, and print materials.
• Create original graphics, logos, layouts, and branding elements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all branding and campaigns.
• Prepare assets for digital and print formats, ensuring quality and compatibility across multiple platforms.
• Video Editing :
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms (social media, website, presentations, advertisements).
• Add voiceovers, sound effects, background music, and other elements to enhance video content.
• Ensure that video content is aligned with the brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Manage video files, edits, and assets in an organized manner for easy access.
• Motion Graphics :
• Create visually engaging motion graphics for use in videos, advertisements, web content, and presentations.
• Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics, transitions, and special effects.
• Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and implement motion graphics that support brand messaging.
• Stay current with the latest trends in motion graphics and video production techniques.
• Collaboration & Communication :
• Work alongside marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure design concepts align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and solutions for projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting high-quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and junior designers when needed.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience :
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer with strong knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• A robust portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics work.
• Software Proficiency :
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Knowledge of video production and post-production processes.
• Creative & Technical Skills :
• Strong attention to detail with excellent layout, typography, and color theory skills.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and turn them into visually appealing content.
• Proficient in motion graphics, animation techniques, and video storytelling.
• Other Skills :
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with video compression and file formats for online and offline use.
• Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI design is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• Day shift
