Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs using Canva, Photoshop, and other free design tools.
• Develop graphics for various purposes, including marketing materials, advertisements, and presentations.
• Design engaging posts, stories, reels, and banners optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Use design tools to produce on-brand visuals, infographics, and short videos for social media.
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print materials.
• Provide design support for cross-functional initiatives like campaigns or product launches.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance quality and storytelling using Photoshop and other tools.
• Explore and recommend additional free or low-cost tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Adapt designs to changing trends and technological advancements.

Must Have:

• A bachelor's degree in designing or related field
• Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop for design creation.
• Familiarity with free design tools like GIMP, Inkscape, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creativity and an eye for detail to create on-brand, engaging visuals.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
