Job Description

: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at FAIRBRAIN. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Your role will involve translating client requirements into high-quality artwork suitable for both digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, target audience, and creative direction.
• Create visual concepts and develop design solutions that meet client specifications and project objectives.
• Design and produce a wide range of materials including digital graphics, social media assets, marketing collateral, and print materials such as brochures, posters, and signage.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while exploring innovative approaches to design challenges.
• Prepare and optimize artwork for print production, including knowledge of flex and other print media requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Present and defend designs to clients and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a creative agency or related industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Coral Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of print production processes, including flex and other print media requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
