Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers in a trading business environment. This role involves developing a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print media, to enhance the company's brand identity and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design:
• Create compelling designs for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and website elements.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Design graphics and layouts for presentations, reports, and other corporate materials.
• Marketing Collateral:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and product launches.
• Design and update product catalogs, price lists, and other trading-specific documents.
• Create visual content for trade shows, events, and exhibitions.
• Digital Media:
• Design web pages, landing pages, and user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Develop graphics and animations for social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized for engagement.
• Assist in creating video content, including editing and adding visual effects.
• Brand Development:
• Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand image.
• Create logos, icons, and other branding elements as needed.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve design processes and outputs.
• Conduct competitor analysis to ensure the company's visual content stands out in the market.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a trading or commercial business environment.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Coral Draw.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and accept constructive feedback.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
