Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics as well as editing and producing high-quality video content. This role requires a blend of creative skills, attention to detail and technical expertise in both graphic design and video production to bring ideas to life across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop visually compelling graphic designs for both print and digital media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other promotional content.
• Create branding assets, such as logos, icons, color palettes, and typography to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure designs align with business goals and project objectives.
• Design layouts, illustrations, and infographics that are on-brand, aesthetically pleasing, and functional.
• Edit and optimize photos, graphics, and visual content for various platforms, ensuring they meet the required specifications and dimensions.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and software to ensure high-quality design output.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality video content for various formats, including social media posts, promotional videos, advertisements, and company presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals, provide creative input, and bring ideas to life through video.
• Add sound effects, background music, voiceovers, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling process.
• Create engaging video content, including animations, transitions, and motion graphics as needed.
• Manage video files, assets, and archives in an organized manner for easy access and future use.
• Ensure that video content is optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all media.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Work with the team to brainstorm new ideas and creative approaches for design and video content.
• Conduct revisions based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure that final deliverables meet project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and video export settings for various platforms.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate creative ideas clearly.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
