We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to enhance our marketing efforts and help us stand out in the competitive real estate market.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that effectively communicates our brand message and showcases our real estate properties. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
• Create and edit engaging video content for property tours, client testimonials, market updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand and marketing strategies.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring high quality and effective storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the real estate industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and video editing software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and best practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
