Job Summary: The Video and Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual content, including videos and graphics, to support marketing and communication goals. This role involves designing and producing multimedia assets that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and communicate messages effectively across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production:
• Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video content for promotional, educational, or informational purposes.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content, including motion graphics, animations, and special effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies that align with brand goals and audience interests.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing graphics for various media, including social media posts, website elements, print materials, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent use of colors, fonts, and design elements.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and infographics.
• Collaborate with team members to produce designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Creative Development:
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into video and graphic content.
• Use creative problem-solving skills to develop unique visual solutions for various design challenges.
• Experiment with new styles and approaches to enhance the visual impact and effectiveness of content.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and feedback.
• Handle revisions and adjustments based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Technical Skills:
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Ensure all video and graphic content is optimized for performance across different devices and platforms.
• Maintain organized files and project documentation for easy access and future use.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to align visual content with overall strategies and objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative campaigns and projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a video and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
• Excellent video shooting and editing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle constructive feedback.
