- Creative Design: Conceptualize and produce visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design collateral.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to align designs with overall project objectives.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to evolving design trends and industry best practices.
- Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine designs.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is advantageous.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and design styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking.
- Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
