Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:
• Design Creation:
• Develop creative and visually engaging graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
• Design logos, banners, brochures, posters, infographics, and other marketing collateral to align with the brand's visual identity.
• Ensure all graphic designs adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in color schemes, typography, and style.
• Brand Identity Development:
• Contribute to the creation and evolution of brand identity, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all design touchpoints.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design marketing and promotional materials that accurately represent the brand and its objectives.
• Collaboration with Teams:
• Work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to ensure the visual elements align with the overall campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with other designers, photographers, and creatives to develop and execute design concepts for diverse projects.
• Revisions and Feedback:
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and finalize designs.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs, meeting project deadlines and requirements.
Video Editing:
• Video Production:
• Edit and produce video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, advertisements, tutorials, webinars, and social media content.
• Work with raw footage, applying cuts, transitions, effects, and audio to create a polished and professional final product.
• Add animations, visual effects, motion graphics, and sound to enhance the storytelling of the video.
• Content Optimization:
• Optimize videos for different formats and platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) ensuring the best viewing experience on each.
• Ensure videos are high-quality, on-brand, and engaging, meeting the technical requirements of each platform.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with content creators, project managers, and marketing teams to understand the project scope, goals, and target audience for video content.
• Take creative direction and provide input on the development of scripts, storyboards, and video concepts.
• Audio and Visual Enhancement:
• Edit audio, remove noise, balance levels, and ensure clear voiceovers where necessary.
• Use appropriate background music and sound effects that complement the tone and mood of the video.
• Revisions and Feedback:
• Take direction and feedback from stakeholders, revising videos as needed to meet expectations and objectives.
• Ensure quick turnaround times for video edits, especially in fast-paced project environments.
