Job description:Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Bangalore - Near HSR & Kudlugate, Hosur Road, Bangalore (In-office position)

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to design and development of communication collaterals for SaaS products and regular Brand communications. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creative, adept at Shared work for Marketing teams, planning projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate creative briefs into engaging designs that resonate with our target audience.
• Lead the planning and execution of all stages of design projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Design a variety of communication collaterals for products and Marketing communications.
• Demonstrate a keen sense of layout, composition, and typography in all design outputs.
• Incorporate basic vector graphics, and illustration skills where necessary to enhance visual communication.
• Apply critical thinking to articulate and amplify the brands value through compelling designs.
• Work closely with content creators to ensure the seamless integration of textual and visual content.
• Conduct multiple design iterations based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the best turnaround time without compromising on quality.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for fonts, colours, and imagery to maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Continuously refine and improve existing designs, pushing for innovative and high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, products, and to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• A strong portfolio featuring digital design work, including in-depth case studies that demonstrate a modern, clean design approach.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision (Adobe is preferred) to visualize the layout and functionality of the product.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on communication collaterals for product or service launches.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in brand communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) & canva.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Video Editing and making skills & experience is an added value.
• Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experience.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?650,000.00 per month
