Job Title - UI/UX Designer

Location - Gurgaon(Night Shift)

Experience Required - 1+ Years

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve user experience. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UI design standards. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving products. Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on insights. Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging UI/UX technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in design tools like

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop/Illustrator

. Basic understanding of

user-centered design principles

and

usability best practices

. Familiarity with

wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design

. Some knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
