Job Profile: Video Editor and Social Media Manager for YouTube Channel "Nova-Talks" Position Title: Video Editor and Social Media Manager Location: Greater Noida Job Type: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking a creative and talented Video Editor and Social Media Manager to join our team at "Nova-Talks," a YouTube channel focusing on business ideas, motivation, success, occult, and various aspects of life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality podcast videos, creating engaging animated content, cutting short clips for promotional purposes, and managing our social media presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Shooting and Producing Podcast Videos: - Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for podcasts and interviews with various guests, including business people, astrologists, doctors, and influencers. - Set up and operate video, lighting, and audio equipment during recordings. - Ensure consistent visual style and quality across all videos. 2. Video Editing: - Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics and effects as needed. - Create short, engaging clips from longer videos for social media promotion. - Incorporate feedback from the team and iterate on edits to achieve the desired final product. 3. Creating Animated Videos: - Develop and produce animated videos that align with the channel's themes and topics. - Use animation software to create engaging visuals that complement podcast content. 4. Social Media Management: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote content and engage with the audience on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. - Schedule and publish posts, including video clips, images, and other promotional materials. - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and grow the channel's audience. 5. Creative Collaboration and Innovation: - Collaborate with the host and other team members to brainstorm and develop new content ideas. - Stay up-to-date with trends in video editing, animation, and social media to ensure content remains fresh and engaging. - Experiment with different video formats, styles, and techniques to enhance viewer engagement. 6. Technical Proficiency: - Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender). - Ensure proper file management, storage, and backup of all media assets. 7. Other Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. - Coordinate with guests and manage logistics for video shoots. - Handle additional video production tasks as needed. Qualifications: - Proven experience in video editing, shooting, and producing high-quality content. - Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, animation, and social media management skills. - Proficiency in video editing and animation software. - Excellent creative and storytelling skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with YouTube and social media platforms, including content strategies and best practices. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
