Position Overview

The Video Editor and Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing visual content, ensuring high-quality designs and videos that meet brand standards. This role involves planning, conceptualizing, and executing creative projects to enhance the company's marketing and communication efforts.

Responsibilities



- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize creative projects.

- Ensure designs and videos align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.



- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content for promotional campaigns, events, and social media.

- Integrate sound, music, voiceovers, and motion graphics to enhance videos.

- Conduct color grading, audio adjustments, and quality checks to meet production standards.

- Adapt content for different formats and platforms, ensuring optimization for digital media.



- Create high-quality graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, social media posts, and advertisements.

- Design layouts for digital and print media campaigns.

- Prepare and finalize files for production and digital publishing.



- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

- Maintain an organized archive of design and video assets.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media Production, Visual Arts, or related fields (preferred).

Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.).
• Expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects or equivalent).
• Familiarity with social media platform requirements for video and graphic content.
• Strong eye for detail, color theory, typography, and layout design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
