Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create compelling visual content for our digital platforms, marketing materials, and patient communications. The role focuses on developing high-quality graphics and videos that effectively communicate healthcare information to our international audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit promotional videos, patient testimonials, and healthcare procedure explanations
• Design social media graphics and marketing collateral
• Manage and create content for company's YouTube channel
• Develop infographics and visual presentations for medical procedures
• Design digital marketing materials and website graphics
• Create motion graphics and animations for various platforms
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Advanced skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro)
• Experience in social media content creation

Technical Skills Required:

• Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools
• Expert-level video editing capabilities
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Familiarity with social media platforms

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years in graphic design and video editing
• Demonstrated experience in creating marketing materials
• Portfolio showing diverse creative work
• Experience in managing social media visual content

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Structure:

• Probation Period (3 months): ?20,000-24,000 per month
• Post-probation: ?25,000-30,000 per month
• Annual CTC: ?3,00,000-4,20,000
• Performance Bonus: Up to ?30,000 quarterly based on targets
