Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled visual storyteller with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both graphic design and video editing. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website assets, banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Create video content from start to finish, to deliver compelling and visually stunning videos.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to develop design strategies that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
• Edit and repurpose existing assets to create short-form videos, Reels, animations, and other visual content optimized for social media platforms.
• Assist in the development of creative assets for advertising, including video ads, display ads, and email marketing visuals.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all platforms by adhering to brand standards and design principles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and video trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our visual content is relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both areas.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing software).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual content.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and 3D design is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective visual requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
