Position Overview:
The Social Media Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing short and impactful video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have proven experience with •Filmora• for video editing, as well as skills in Canva or Photoshop for graphics and thumbnails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality, engaging videos tailored for different social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create visually appealing video content.
• Utilize Filmora to edit footage, add effects, transitions, and music to enhance videos.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails, overlays, and graphics using Canva or Photoshop.
• Optimize video formats, length, and quality for various social media channels.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all media.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends to create relevant and engaging video content.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in video editing for social media.
• Proficiency in Filmora video editing software is a must.
• Experience with Canva or Photoshop for graphic design and thumbnail creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media video work.
• Understanding of social media content formats and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
