Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves designing a wide range of visual content, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to various projects that support the company's visual communication needs.

Responsibilities:

Creative Design:

• Develop and create graphic designs for various media including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and corporate branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all designs and graphics are aligned with the company's branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Participate in the development and refinement of the company's visual branding strategy.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and quality delivery of designs.

Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their design requirements.
• Present design concepts and ideas effectively to clients and team members.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members across different departments to create cohesive and high-quality design work.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for design improvements and strategy.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets.
• Generate reports and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
