Job Description

TIPS-G Alwar is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. This role will focus on creating compelling visual content for both TIPS-G Alwar and its diverse client projects. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in both graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing their abilities.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop and design engaging visuals, including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce on-brand graphics for campaigns, website, and promotional materials.
• Design visual assets for presentations, educational content, and course material to enhance user engagement.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for TIPS-G and client projects, including explainer videos, promotional videos, event highlights, and testimonials.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to create engaging video content.
• Work on raw footage to create professional-quality videos by trimming, cutting, and color grading as required.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets client expectations.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Production, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and the creation of digital content for these channels.
