We are looking for a skilled Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital marketing initiatives and create captivating visual content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and marketing, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creativity. They will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase lead generation. Additionally, they will lead the design process, producing high-quality graphics and multimedia content that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including but not limited to social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including campaign ideation, planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, videos, and other multimedia content for use across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design, incorporating innovative ideas into our strategies and content.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to support marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and marketing specialists, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital analytics.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading and managing a team is preferred.
