Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various media.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines for consistency.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Lead and guide a team of designers, providing mentorship and feedback.
• Collaborate with other teams to interpret requirements into design concepts.
• Utilize proficiency in graphic design softwares.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.
• Review designs for quality and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and guide a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
