We are hiring for a Graphic Designer

Job Location - Sector 2, Noida

Budget - 6 to 7 LPA

Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing and impactful graphics for digital platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Create consistent brand visuals, maintain brand guidelines, and ensure a cohesive look and feel across all social media platforms.

Design graphics for other marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, website graphics, and digital advertisements.

Optimize graphics for different social media platforms, ensuring they are optimized for various screen sizes and resolutions.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing strategists, and social media managers, to ensure the successful execution of social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging designs for social media.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

Experience in video editing tools is preferred.

Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.

Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics, and the ability to use data to inform design decisions is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
