Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Create Visual Content: Develop innovative and compelling visual designs for various mediums including digital, print, and social media.
• Brand Identity Development: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms.
• Healthcare and Lifestyle Focus: Design materials that effectively communicate the essence of healthcare and lifestyle brands.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proofread designs to ensure high-quality and error-free output.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in healthcare and lifestyle brands.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience and portfolio are strong).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with other design software like Sketch, Figma, and Canva.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
• Design Skills:
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Experience in creating marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, and web design.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in designs.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and provide creative solutions.

Preferred Experience:

• Healthcare and Lifestyle Brands: Prior experience in designing for healthcare and lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
• Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and experience in designing for online campaigns and social media platforms.
