Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling and effective designs. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visual concepts, designing graphics for various mediums, and collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design visual assets for a variety of applications, including digital and print media, such as websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all channels.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, generate creative ideas, and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create high-quality visuals.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company's visual content remains fresh and innovative.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to integrate text and imagery effectively and deliver cohesive creative solutions.
• File Management: Prepare and manage final design files for production and distribution. Ensure files are optimized for various formats and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work. Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.
• Skills:
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
+ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
+ Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
+ Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary:

• The salary range for this position is ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month.

• Candidates should be able to reliably commute to our office in Dehradun or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
