Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain brand design guidelines to ensure consistency across various platforms.
- Create captivating static and motion graphics for performance campaigns and social media channels, adhering to communication design principles.
- Design web pages and UI/UX components with a focus on enhancing customer acquisition and visitor engagement for our website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design performance metrics and optimize assets based on key data insights.
- Produce high-quality design solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Actively participate in research and competitor analysis to create compelling design journeys that drive delight, engagement, and conversions.
- Maintain a centralized repository of marketing design assets, ensuring it is regularly updated.
- Impressive portfolio and proven experience in marketing design.
- Proficiency in designing ad creatives, motion graphics, and landing pages.
- Deep understanding of conversion-focused and engagement-driven designs.
- Software skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD & Sketch.
