Graphic Designer - Full-Time | Spyke Media
Experience: 4+ years

Your Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
? Design engaging social media graphics for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
? Create performance-driven ad creatives that boost conversions.
? Develop branding materials (logos, brochures, banners, presentations).
? Design website assets and UI elements for landing pages.
? Work independently while collaborating with the marketing team on creative campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
-Ability to design marketing-focused visuals optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for modern, clean, and impactful designs.
- Ability to take creative direction while also bringing original ideas to the table.
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)

? Experience in motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
? Basic knowledge of UI/UX design for website layouts.
? Familiarity with A/B testing and ad performance tracking.
