Job Description

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Ariko Cafe. As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that enhance the brand image and customer experience across various touchpoints. From designing promotional materials and social media graphics, your work will play a key role in defining our cafe's aesthetic and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Branding & Visual Identity: Develop cohesive branding elements, typography, color schemes, and overall design aesthetics that align with the cafe's identity and atmosphere.

- Marketing Materials: Design promotional flyers, posters, banners, and digital advertisements to promote events, new products, and seasonal offerings.

- Social Media Content: Produce engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms to drive online engagement and promote the cafe's offerings.

- Packaging & Merchandise: Design packaging for takeout products, coffee cups, tote bags, and other merchandise that embodies the cafe's visual identity.

- Interior & Exterior Design Elements: Collaborate on the design of signage, wall art, and other visual elements within the cafe to enhance the ambiance and customer experience.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, cafe staff, and management to ensure designs align with the cafe's goals and target audience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food, hospitality, or retail industry.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual designs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Experience with digital design, web graphics, and social media platforms is a plus.
