Haptic Realities is seeking a talented and detail-oriented designer skilled in crafting engaging •promotional content & content creation• using posters, videos, and motion graphics.

About the Role:
As a designer at Haptic Realities, you will bring creative ideas to life by designing impactful visuals that align with business priorities. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping •content creation, marketing initiatives and fulfilling in-house creative requirements. •

• Expertise in video editing, motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the latest trends.
• Develop storyboards, graphic concepts, visual themes
• Align with branding guidelines to create innovative, customized deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute designs that address business needs effectively.
• Lead design projects by planning, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Mentor and support team members, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• A strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on design thinking.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Experience with wireframes, layouts, and prototyping.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
