Job Description

1. Design and produce graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns.

3. Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

4. Assist in the creation of visual content for presentations, reports, and other internal materials.

5. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.

6. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Edit and retouch images as needed.

8. Provide creative input and suggest innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Canva is an addition.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

4. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

6. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

7. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

8. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
