: Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer
Experience: 3yrs
Location: Hyderabad

Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Design branding materials that effectively communicate the company's message and values.
• Create layouts for presentations, newsletters, and other internal communications.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Graphic Designing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4years of professional design experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in real estate.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
