Job Overview:

MAAC Kukatpally, a premier training institute in the field of animation, multimedia, and design, is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong understanding of graphic design concepts, and proficiency in design software. This role will involve training students in the field of graphic designing and helping them develop practical skills that can be applied in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development:
• Deliver high-quality training in graphic design, focusing on industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
• Create engaging, interactive, and practical lesson plans to teach design concepts, principles, and techniques.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and tests.
• Provide feedback and mentoring to students, assisting with their design projects and portfolio development.
• Curriculum Design & Improvement:
• Assist in the creation and regular update of the course curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry trends and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with new design tools, technologies, and trends to integrate into course content.
• Student Engagement & Support:
• Encourage student participation and interaction during training sessions.
• Provide individual support to students, helping them with personal projects and offering constructive criticism to enhance their skills.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to improve design techniques and creativity.
• Administrative & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to share knowledge and continuously improve the teaching process.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a positive learning experience for all students.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
• Certification in Graphic Design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Experience:
• 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Previous teaching or training experience in graphic design is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to simplify complex design concepts for students.
• Passion for teaching and developing new talent in the design field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,532.37 - ?20,000.00 per month
