Job Title: Graphic Designer Trainer (Contract) - Government Project

Location: Shoranur, Palakkad

Contract Period: As per project requirements

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Trainer for a government project on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design tools, excellent teaching skills, and a willingness to travel or relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions in graphic design tools and techniques for project beneficiaries.
• Teach and guide learners in software applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Express.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical assignments tailored to project requirements.
• Assess and monitor the progress of participants through periodic evaluations and assignments.
• Stay updated with industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and engaging.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Express.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and creative workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with learners.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to suit diverse learning needs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
• Prior experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
• Preference will be given to candidates from Palakkad or nearby areas.

Salary: Competitive and based on qualifications and experience.

Contract length: 6-8 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
