Job Title: Graphic Designer


Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing department. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.


Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website banners.
3. Develop and maintain the visual identity and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
4. Work closely with the content team to incorporate text and images into designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure our designs are innovative and cutting-edge.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Review and provide feedback on designs created by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.
8. Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
9. Assist in the creation and editing of videos and animations for marketing purposes.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\'s degree
2. 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Knowledge of video editing and animation software is a plus.
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
