Position- Sr. Graphic DesignerWe are a dynamic design and branding agency working with a diverse range of clients.Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and creative direction. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on design skills to create impactful work that resonates with our clients\' audiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring design excellence and alignment with brand strategy.
Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop and execute design concepts for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and experiential.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a design or branding agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with animation, video editing, or web design is a plus.
