Job Title:_ Graphic Designer - Real Estate_Job Overview:The Graphic Designer for the Real Estate team is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials to promote properties and the brand. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the design aligns with the company's marketing strategies and objectives. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong creative skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and Production:- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and website elements.- Develop property listing presentations, offering memorandums, and other sales materials.- Ensure all designs align with the companys branding guidelines and standards.2. Marketing Collaboration:- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign materials.- Collaborate with real estate agents and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and promotional strategies.3. Project Management:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of materials.- Maintain a library of design assets and templates for efficient workflow.4. Photography and Videography:- Rarely assist with property photo shoots and video tours.- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their quality and appeal.- Integrate multimedia elements into design projects as needed.5. Research and Trends:- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and incorporate best practices into design work.- Provide insights and recommendations for improving design and marketing strategies.6. Quality Assurance:- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.- Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.- Solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs.7. Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), knows to use Canva- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus or a website Builder like Wix or Wordpress- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora).8.
