Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CorelDRAW , Adobe Photoshop , and Adobe Illustrator , with a strong understanding of color matching and print production processes. This role requires a creative individual who can produce high-quality designs for print materials while ensuring accuracy and adherence to color standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design for Print : Create visually appealing designs for a wide range of printed materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, business cards, packaging, banners, and more.
• CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator Expertise : Design, edit, and prepare files using CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to meet design specifications.
• Color Matching : Apply expertise in color theory and color matching to ensure consistent color reproduction across different print media, working with Pantone or CMYK color models.
• Print Production Preparation : Prepare final design files for printing, ensuring proper file formats (e.g., PDF, EPS, TIFF) and high-resolution images for professional output.
• Prepress Work : Collaborate with the printing team to check for any print issues, ensure design integrity, and adjust files as needed to meet printing standards.
• Branding Consistency : Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Collaborate with Clients and Team Members : Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and printers to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends : Keep up with the latest design trends, printing technologies, and color matching techniques to ensure our designs remain innovative and high-quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator (essential).
• Strong understanding of color theory and color matching (Pantone, CMYK).
• Experience in print production and preparing artwork for printing.
• Knowledge of prepress procedures and how to prepare files for professional print outputs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills for print materials.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
