Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
• Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and packaging.
• Create layouts and templates that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs adhere to the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual style as needed.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide fresh and innovative ideas.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Take ownership of tasks from concept to final delivery.
• Software Proficiency:
• Use design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software to create high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across various media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Excellent eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret client and team feedback.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
