Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design creative assets, including but not limited to logos, branding, website layouts, digital ads, social media graphics, print materials, and packaging ,video editing ,video animation .
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and communicate the brand's message effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and development) to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Concept Development: Conceptualize and execute visual designs from concept to final production for various digital and print channels.
• Graphic Design Software: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Feedback Integration: Take feedback and critique positively, making revisions to designs as required.
• Quality Control: Ensure that designs are high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for various formats and devices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or CorelDRAW.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual composition.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to create innovative and unique designs with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to understand project goals and present ideas clearly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
