Key Responsibilities:
• Design Creation:
• Develop visual concepts for marketing materials, websites, social media, print, packaging, advertisements, and branding materials.
• Create layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements.
• Design logos, icons, and other visual assets to represent a brand's identity.
• Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and vision.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
• Assist clients in refining their brand identity and visual messaging.
• Ensure design projects align with the brand's style, tone, and guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in design across various platforms and projects.
• Update and refresh brand assets when necessary.
•
• Design assets for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Prepare print-ready materials, ensuring designs are optimized for different printing processes and media formats.

• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or other relevant design software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software innovations.

• Edit and manipulate images for use in digital and print media.
• Retouch photos, create visual enhancements, and optimize images for various platforms.

• Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organize and prioritize work efficiently while handling revisions and adjustments.
•
• Select appropriate fonts and text styles for various projects, ensuring readability and alignment with the brand.
• Experiment with typography to create compelling and effective designs.
• Provide innovative solutions to visual communication challenges, ensuring designs effectively convey the intended message.
• File Management:
• Maintain organized files for design assets, project documentation, and brand guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Creativity: Strong artistic skills and the ability to visualize concepts.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality, polished work with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for understanding client needs and presenting design concepts.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of Branding: Knowledge of how design reflects and communicates a brand's identity.
Education & Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is often preferred, though not always required.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work is essential.
• Experience working in various design formats (print, digital, video, etc.) is highly valued.
