Job Description

Required Experience: Experience in Core Graphic and Visual Designing.
Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, motivate design team to deliver high quality, customer-focused design work.
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand and proposition strategy.
• Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team's production capabilities.
• Establishing and developing a best practice with the design and creative team.
• Working with other team members to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines.
• The candidate will be the owner of Google Marketing Ad Banners; Website Banners Designing; News Letters; Social Media Creatives and Videos; UX/UI of the website/promotions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of online and offline design work.
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development and the creative process.
• Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Experienced in driving creative designs across customer-facing websites, mobile and tablets.
• Experience with software such as Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Good knowledge of grids, responsive design, design principles.
• Should know about the design thinking process and ability to research Experience of working on large, complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
