Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at NIMS University. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs to enhance our university's branding, communication, and marketing materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to deliver effective and innovative design solutions that align with the university's goals and values.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, newsletters, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects, ensuring consistency with the university's brand guidelines.
• Work with other departments to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
• Create and update visual assets for the university's website and digital platforms.
• Manage the production and printing process for marketing materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve the quality of work.
• Review and provide feedback on design projects from other team members, as needed.
• Assist with video editing and other multimedia projects, as required.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the university's brand identity and apply it consistently across all materials.
• Work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
• Video editing skills and experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
