Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
• Develop visual content for social media, websites, emails, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content for campaigns.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
• Update and refine existing design assets to align with current brand standards.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Innovation and Creativity:
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
• Feedback and Improvement:
• Receive feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Continuously improve design skills and knowledge through self-learning and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
