Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals. You will work on a variety of projects, from branding and marketing materials to social media content and web design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and objectives.
• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and websites.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance design skills and deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and pitches to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and adapt designs accordingly.
