Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for digital print and web.
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Proven graphic and other designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of Design or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Takes ownership and responsibility of the work assigned.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
- Core software skills:
- Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator
- InDesign, XD
- Basic HTML (needs to be executed mailers, newsletters) and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in a reputed design house. Experience in creating designs for IT sector clients preferred.

Probation: 3 months
Salary- 10-15k per month
