Job Summary

Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs for various marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of design principles and have a keen eye for detail. They should be proficient in industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, and have a good understanding of AI technology.

Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials, including brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website graphics.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on the organisation\'s brand guidelines.
Use industry-standard design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools, etc.) to create and edit designs.
Ensure all designs are visually consistent, aesthetically pleasing, and align with the organisation\'s branding.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet their specific requirements and objectives.
Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the visual impact of design projects.
Assist in maintaining the organisation\'s visual identity and brand integrity across all design materials.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in any industry.
Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools, and AI technology.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
