Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging designs for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation : Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Research and Trends : Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• File Preparation : Prepare and export files for various formats (print, web, social media) and ensure they are ready for production or publishing.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 1-2 of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
• Software Proficiency : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom) and other design tools.

Skills :

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
