: Graphic Designer (1-Year Experience)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, email templates, advertisements, and website elements.
• Branding: Assist in developing and maintaining brand identities by creating logos, color schemes, typography, and design systems that align with client vision and goals.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit high-quality visuals, ensuring that the final design meets the highest standards of creativity and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to create design assets that support ongoing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Revisions & Feedback: Take client or internal feedback and make necessary revisions to designs, ensuring deadlines are met and designs align with project requirements.
• File Management: Organize and manage design files, ensuring that all assets are correctly named, saved, and stored for easy access.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must. Knowledge of other design software (e.g., InDesign, Adobe XD, CorelDRAW) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both print and digital mediums.
• Ability to adapt to different design styles and brand guidelines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work (print and digital projects).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills to understand client requirements and team collaboration.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of graphic design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UI/UX design or web design is a bonus.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is desirable.
