• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms.
• Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments (such as sales and customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our social media presence.
• Plan and execute content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other content formats.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, writing copy, and segmenting email lists.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to optimize future campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising, including Meta (Facebook) Ads.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI, including keyword management, ad copy testing, and bid adjustments.
• Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
• Utilize digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, content creators, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall marketing efforts.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Continuously seek out learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in digital marketing.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or any related field.
• Should be active, and should have eager to learn new things.
• Good Communications Skills and Pleasing Personality.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
