Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer at Bringletech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs across various digital and offline media platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of design solutions that align with our brand identity and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects, including but not limited to websites, mobile apps, social media, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translate marketing and branding strategies into design solutions that engage target audiences and convey our brand message effectively.
• Produce high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, including those for desktop and mobile devices.
• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and design standards across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, typography, and digital media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Logo Making, Motion Graphics and Video Editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for different screen sizes and devices.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and design trends.
