Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web design and print materials, particularly posters and advertisements. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and visual elements that align with our brand identity.
• Create eye-catching posters and advertisements for various marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas that meet project goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in web and print media.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
