Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Banner Design : Create eye-catching and effective banners for both digital and print media, ensuring they align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Illustration : Design custom illustrations and vector graphics that complement content, enhance visuals, and communicate messages clearly.
• Print Design : Produce high-quality print designs for brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials. Ensure designs are print-ready and meet production standards.
• Brand Consistency : Maintain consistency of brand visuals across all design projects, following brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver creative assets that align with marketing strategies and objectives.
• Feedback Implementation : Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve designs and ensure final deliverables meet expectations.
• Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience : 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• Design Software Proficiency : Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop , and other design software.
• Print Design : Hands-on experience in print media design (e.g., brochures, posters, flyers, business cards).
• Banner & Digital Graphics : Experience in designing web banners, social media graphics, and digital ads.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail : Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that capture attention while aligning with brand standards.
• Communication Skills : Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate with different teams.
• Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, with a focus on banners, print designs, and illustrations.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
